Encourage the Positive – not the Negative

negaitve positiveThe world needs more people to speak into the hearts of others and say “I believe in you.”  “If you have the desire then you also have the power to make it happen.” “Keep working hard.” “You’re improving and getting better.” “We’ve hit a lot of obstacles but we’ll get the project finished.” “Even if you fail it will lead to something even better.” “You’re learning and growing.”

If you spend time with people who are negative and complain and gossip it’s much harder to break out of a pattern of negativity in your life.  It takes a lot of practice to banish negative thinking but you can start by balancing your negative thoughts with positive thoughts.

This technique can be effective for keeping a balanced perspective.  Uplift someone who is feeling down. Fuel your team with your positive energy.

If you like more techniques on creating your balance I found this great slide show for you to view – enjoy  > http://www.slideshare.net/JeremyGislason/positive-thinking-tips-3-powerful-ways-to-stimulate-positive-thinking

Be kind to others 🙂

  1. Absolutely. That is so true. Encouragement gives people the power to break through obstacles or temporary setbacks and we all need it. Thanks for the post.
