Modern Day Learning Styles ~ Work & Life

Teachers/Coaches/Leaders/Mentors/Trainers  – we all have a different teaching style and some are better then others.    In today’s  modern Business World.  We use Email / Webex / You Tube / Power Point Presentations / Visual Aides / Audio Recordings/ these are some of the ways  we are being schooled.

Webex I find to be far the best and email to be the least favorite teaching  method ….. In business I have come across some really great teachers that have helped me understand and thank you for  Mark, Anna and Luis who clearly know how to educate people.  I’m grateful to have met some great teachers  in Business.

I also have  had some great Trainers in the Fitness industry that I would  recognized for their methods of training.  Their  encouragement, goal setting,  and style of instructions.   Thank you to Nancy, Tracy  & Connie  who clearly have a good vision of instructing in these areas.  What ever your “Teaching Style”  is…..remember your  student – If you taught them correctly they will achieve the end result.  –  if you were not a good teacher they will fail and be confused .  Don’t blame your students for failing…take a look are your teaching style.  – Get Tools !
