Sleep for Eight Hours ~ Work/Life Balance


With 24 hours in a day –

8 hours is a must to dedicate to sleep time -8 hours to the day job -8 hours to husband/family/friends/meals/workout/volunteer.

In order to get the rest of the 16 hours in a day that is truly  “functional” it is equally important to get in the 8 hours of sleep in so we can add value to the rest of our day – TAKE THE CHALLENGE  #30DaysofGOOD,

8 hours of Sleep – do it tonight!
